On September 11, Consul General Qin Jie visited upon invitation the Global Fintech Fest 2026 (GFF 2026), and had extensive exchanges with exhibitors and representatives from participating institutions.

Held in Mumbai from September 8 to 11, on the eve of the BRICS Summit, GFF 2026 focused on how cutting-edge technologies, including AI, are transforming the global financial landscape and shaping the future of finance. Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the event and inaugurated the festival.
