On April 1, Consul General Qin Jie attended upon invitation the degree certificate distribution ceremony for Master of Management of Studies in Welingkar Institute of Management and delivered a speech.

Qin Jie first extended warm congratulations to the graduates and their parents. He pointed out that in today’s turbulent world, characterized by complex and volatile international situations, and under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, China-India relations have continued to improve and move in a positive direction, adding stability and certainty to the world. The people of both countries are striding forward along their respective development paths toward their centenary dreams. China’s “15th Five-Year Plan” has drawn a new blueprint for Chinese modernization over the next five years, providing a broad stage for young people of both countries to realize their potential. He expressed the hope that the graduates would keep a global perspective, stay grounded, seize opportunities, and contribute their youthful energy to promoting China-India friendship.

Approximately 260 people, including master’s graduates, parents, faculty, and staff of Welingkar Institute of Management, attended the ceremony.
