On March 25th, Deputy Consul General Wang Awei attended the “Women Entrepreneurs Workshop & Exhibition” jointly held by AIAI、GeM and WTC. Minister of Marketing and Protocol Jaykumar Rawal, representatives from industrial and commercial organizations, and nearly 100 local women entrepreneurs attended the event.

In Wang’s speech, she praised the contributions of women entrepreneurs to society and emphasized that the development of e-commerce provides more opportunities for women to start businesses. She pointed out that China's 15th Five-Year Plan's key areas and new initiatives will provide extensive opportunities for enterprises from various countries, including India. She encouraged the participating women entrepreneurs to fully utilize various e-commerce platforms and China’s open policies to seek cooperation opportunities with China.
