On November 16 , Consul General Qin Jie attended the 70th Anniversary Celebration and Export Excellence Awards of India’s Plastics Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil) upon invitation. India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal was present and addressed the gathering.

 In exchanges with Plexconcil representatives and participating enterprises, Mr. Qin shared China’s development progress, highlighted achievements under the 14th Five-Year Plan and the outlined 15th Five-Year Plan. He encouraged India to explore cooperation with China through platforms like the China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Canton Fair to share development opportunities. Counselor Zhang Hongyu also attended the event.
