On November 17, Consul General Qin Jie met with Mr.Sudheendra Kulkani, founder of the New South Asia Forum in India and a close aide to former Indian Prime Minister Vajpayee, exchanging views on Mr.Kulkani's recent visit to China and ways to further enhance China-India friendly exchanges.
