Dear Friends,

Time flies in the pandemic. As some of you may have thought about, I am completing my tenure as Chinese Consul General in Mumbai this month, at this moment of hopeful reopening for all. 

It is indeed my lifetime honor and pleasure to meet and work with you over the past 4 years, as one of the longest-serving CGs here, with deep appreciations towards and fond memories of the wonderful people and places in the consular district of Southwest India. 

China and India are the most populous developing countries with  thousands of years of civilization. I sincerely believe that our rich wisdom and cultures shall guide our nations and the global community towards a shared future. 

Please forgive me for not able to bid farewell to everyone. May peace and health be with all of you and yours. I wish our paths might cross again soon.
